Need to replace spider gears on 99 Sierra Z71

My Z71 needs new spider gears for the rear end. Got the diff off (LSD) and carrier has pin removed. Top spiders out. Looks like I need to remove ring gear to get to governor/spacer. Don't want to force it. Also, side spiders look like they simply slide off to the center and clutches remain in place. Any clues?

I just have to say if you are unsure of how the assembly comes apart, you probably should be letting a shop/dealer replace those parts. There are very specific measurements and adjustments that need to be taken and made and if not done properly you will chew up your new gears in a short time.

 

Other than that I have no suggestions on how to help you. The most I've done on my rear diff is replace the fluid and visually inspected inside the housing.
