Bilstein 5100 ontop of RC 2" level

Hey,

 

Im thinking of adding bilstein 5100 struts ontop of my RC levelling kit to get 2.5" on my 2009 half ton.

I'm running 285/65/18 terras on stock all terrain wheels right now with a little rub on my mudflap at full lock.

 

With the added 0.5" what are the chances I could fit a method 18X9 +18mm wheel with the same tires? Im thinking it might rub pretty bad.

Here is mine with just 5100's on all 4 and the fronts set on the middle setting.
