While I was cleaning the truck I painted the grille of the Coronet silver. I just wasn't digging the black, hoping to get it on this afternoon before Easter dinner...

 

The Coronet goes in for new heads tomorrow and hopefully by the end of the week I can start mocking up for the new gauges...

Seen one of these today on the side of the freeway. Needed some man pills for its droopy wood. The owner destroyed the u-joint at the pinion side.

It's amazing how long people will put up with vibrations at highway speeds. Just the slightest vibration drives me absolutely nutty. Don't know how, or why they do it .... and it always ends exactly how you described it.
