Exhaust Tip Options for 07-13 6.2l

So I feel like I've searched everywhere for clamp on exhaust tip that exits behind the passenger rear wheel rather than the unsightly stock rear exit on a 6.2L. I have a 2009 Sierra Denali that I want to change it up. I'm fully capable of cutting and welding it myself to get the look I want, but was hoping for bolt on application first. What have other 6.2L owners done to have a side exit exhaust without doing a cat back system. I'm wanting to do a dual tip similar to the link from SLP. I'm also curious as to whether anyone has seen this GM tip installed...http://www.gmcaccessories.com/en-US/Sierra/2012/Accessories/Performance/Exhaust%20Tip/. Its the first option that says with rear fascia kit only and is the picture of the tip to the right. Has anyone seen this tip setup before? Or the rear fascia kit for that matter?
