Post your 2014+ wheel/tire set-up

What was the beadlock issue? I have a few that are starting to show surface rust. I called to see if they have replacements or offer them in stainless and they said no. I googled and found some old threads on different forums saying they offered replacements. So I am a bit confused. Not a big deal, but would like to replace them if possible.

I had issues with my "real" Method 105 beadlocks, at one point they offered two hub bore/center cap designs. I ordered five, and two were lost in shipment when they came in they were different and I had already mounted 2 of them since I had them and when the new wheels showed up different. They replaced them! Only thing that sucked was unmounting and remounting the tires.

From what I know even on the faux beadlocks the ring bolts are removable...take them off and find replacements at a hardware store?

They are replaceable, but I don't want to cut down 100 of them ;)

hi all - want to upgrade tires/wheels. State of Maine has a strict tire past fender law.. dont want to add flares. she sits stock now with 18's. wanna stick with 18 and add more rubber. she sees a lot of bad roads, dirt, mud, snow and Prius eating potholes. Dont want a BRODOZER- just want to fit as much tire as i can - so i guess my question is this - how much can i stuff underneath and how, while not having to flare - level/lift , offset.. know what I mean? thank you in advance..

Wish I went 10". Bought same wheels, but 9" 0 offset. They haven't came yet so I'm really debating returning them for the 10" wide.

I have 9.5 wide and 0 offset running 12.5 wide rubber. They stick out about 1.5" in the rear and just over an inch in the front

285/65r18 and 275/70r18 will work without a level but the 275 may rub the carpet. Either will look overstuffed on a stock truck. Levels are cheap and easy to install. Stock 4x4s look like 2WD without a level.

Do the spokes on your wheels go in the same direction on both sides?

This truck looks perfect. All these Method Race setups are giving me second thoughts. I love Methods but I have a hard time justifying their price vs Pro Comps in a similar size. The Method 17x8.5 / 0 offset Mesh wheels weigh 27lbs and run about $800/set. The Pro Comp 17x9 / -6 offset 5045 series weigh 24lbs each and cost less than $500/set. Can anyone convince me that the Methods are worth that much extra money? Are they really of a noticeably better build quality than Pro Comp wheels?

4WP has a sale going on methods right now. 15% off and free shipping. I could have saved some money!!
