disturbedgator
Where is the best place to buy wheels and or a wheel/tire combo on the net? I used to shop and piece my kit together but dont have the patience this go round. Im looking for a 20x10 with 33s. Also what is the exact specs of our trucks i.e. hub bore, lug pattern? I know the stock wheels are +27 what offset would i need to run to avoid rubbing with a 2.25 level and 33x12.5 ? Truck is a 17 with a 2.25 level on 285 65 r18 ko2s and no rub. jimmyboy8301
Seems like 20x9 with a 0 offset or +1 offset is the safe bet. If I went to a 20x10, what offset can be ran?it will most likely be -19 / -25 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
CWilliams
I just installed my wheels and tires tonight and have a little info for you Criscone. I have a 2" level up front and went with 20x10 -24 on 305/50r20. I had to take off the little black plastic piece on the corner of the cab and trim it. Also had to take a hammer to the sheet metal behind it a little bit. Now I can go full lock with no rub. If you go 305/55 on a 20x10, whether it be -12,-19,-24 you are going to probably have a good bit of metal and plastic trimming. I will try to get some pics up tomorrow or the next day. Method NV 17" 0 offset with 295/70/17 Toyo R/T King 3.0 front, 2.5 rear, both with compression adjusters Mazzulla upper control arms SDHQ skid plate with tow hook cutouts It's everything it's supposed to be and more. Couldn't be happier. Ride is fantastic. Also sits dead level within 1/4" all around and no rubbing, no trimming. CWilliams
Any rubbing with that setup I had to trim the black plastic piece at the bottom of the wheel well on the cab and hammer back some of the metal. Now there is no rub at full lock, even in reverse. If you didn't know about it, you wouldn't be able to tell I had to trim it.
Rock1500
I bought this truck new just over two years ago and have 49k miles total. I work a lot at 60 miles a day plus the gym I go to adds an extra 15 miles a day to my work milage. I finally broke down and bought a 2010 Honda Accord as a daily driver last month lolI kept my old beater car to use as a daily driver. They were only going to give me 1k for the trade in. Glad I kept it. I drive it Monday through Friday. My truck is 3 years old and I finally hit 20k on it. I'll bet those Kings are sweet. Have you run them off road yet? I'm holding back for 6112/5160 combo. Thinking about the NV standards (17") with a 33-34" tire. I have not, just back and forth to work since installing and taking to the shop to verify my alignment. Have a couple finishing touches to get done over the weekend. They ride amazing though! A nice firm controlled ride that soaks up big bumps, driveway lips, and speed bumps like they are nothing. No more float and bounce like stock. I could literally drive over my driveway lip at 30mph with an open cup in the cup holder and not spill a thing. Crazy.

I really want one but I would still need to mount my front license plate to it and I'm not sure if it would look good like that.
