2015 Denali 1500, I Have a 2.5 level on my truck and went to a 295/55/20 Ridge grappler by Nitto which is hitting sway bar only on stock rims at full/lock what is my next step to remedy this issue?

Remove that crappy level kit and get a 4inch lift. Or you could buy new wheels with the proper offset and that'll fix your issue.

Just installed my new wheels/tires. I wish they would have offered them in 22" but 20" was as big as they went. I have the 2" drop shackles in the back but it still doesn't sit quite right. I guess I will be looking into a 2/4 kit.

hmm. I was wanting to do the same size but 0 offset. I'm afraid it'll rub

I run these wheels, in 17", 0 offset. No rubbing with a 2" level.

You need to push your rim out with more offset in an aftermarket rim or install wheel spacers. Your stockers are probably +24mm and you need about +18mm to 0 offset to clear the swaybar. The problem is if you push the rim out too far with a negative offset rim, you will probably rub the liner or the fender. +18 is normally pretty safe, but some get away with +6 and also 0.

Spacers are another option, but you probably only need about 1/2" of offset to stop the rub and anything less than a 1.5" spacer will force you to have to cut your lugs to have the rim fit properly on the spacer.

You are the first one I have heard of recently that installed the Eibach's. How do you like them so far? I am between them and the 5100's

I'm impressed, they feel pretty good. Slightly firmer than stock but it's more of a controlled firmness, not a "I've got 2X4's under my leaf springs" kind of firm. I like them enough that I'm pretty sure I will be getting the matching shocks for the back now as well.

I looked at the 5100's as well but decided on these after reading some reviews on other Truck and SUV forums that the Eibachs have been a more popular application on, such as the Tundra, Tacoma, and 4runner.

Got my Race Stars installed today, 17x7 front with 255/60r17 and 17x9.5 rear with 275/55r17. Rears hit the banjo bolt on the brake caliper so I am having to run a 1/4" spacer right now but will be converting the rear brakes over to allow 15" rears to run my drag radials.
