Okay so does anyone have any idea what's going on here? When you adjust the temperature on my control unit the drivers side is controlling the passenger side and the passenger side is controlling the drivers side temperature. I thought it was a bad unit, but I've replaced it and it's still doing it. I'm lost...

Have you tried plugging you old one in to see if it does it as well? If it doesn't, it's the new unit if it does something else is the issue but being you wernt having that issue before I would bet it's the new unit.

Oh got ya.... Seems to be some kind of electrical in the truck then. I did a quick Google search but just kept coming up with my issue blowing hot on the drivers side. But that's a electrical actuator issue that pysically moves the blend door.

I would read through some threads and see if it pops up anywhere

I have to ask where is a replacement hood at in the build list? I love this truck. Most of following this thread want only the best for this truck

Lol

I'd bet it's a door issue

Haha! The new hood won't come until I do all the body work and have it painted. Sometime in the next few weeks I'm going to pop the dent out of the front of the hood though.

Found something possibly. Try unplugging the control unit for a few seconds and plug it back in with the key on. This should get the actuators and control unit back in sync

Sounds like a plan. I'll try that sometime in the next couple days. Thanks for the tip!
