Well I give up for the night. Very frustrated right now because the keys won't budge at all after beating on them for an hour or so straight. Not sure what else to do to get them out.

Hit with wd40 or PB blaster (PB preferred) and let set over night. Hit with hammer or air hammer tomorrow, if that doesn't work apply some heat

I sprayed the hell out of it with WD40, nothing. I don't have any PB Blaster, might have to get some tomorrow. I sprayed it down again before I quit for the night so hopefully they come out tomorrow.

This is what we ended up doing to get them off my buddy's '00. If you told me they were welded on I would have believed it, it was ridiculous.

That's exactly how these are. I'd like to take that crap they spray on the roads in the winter and shove it up the states @ss.

It sure is. The Fiancé and I are moving away sometime in the next few years. Definitely moving somewhere without this crap. Maybe my truck will survive then.

You'll have to get a new truck after you move because this one will be done for by then LOL

God I hope not. I'm hoping by me keeping the frame coated from now until then will keep it from rusting away. I think I'm going to start spraying the underside with oil before each winter.

Not yet. Made a trip to town for some PB Blaster. I'm going to keep hitting it with that all day while I clean up the frame and install the new bushings.
