Now there's an honest man! Mine was like that when my kids were growing up... then I retired, had some time on my hands and did a massive cleanup-evacuation! ;)

I just moved out on my own. Downsized the house and now a lot has to go in the garage. It was full. I have it about half way cleaned out so the truck can fit. It is snug, so I need to clean out the other side to gain 32" of length

Mopar stripes on a corvette?

sent from my truck in a field

Haha...... yeah, the question is who stole the stripes from who!!!!

The Grand Sport stripe tradition started in 1963 when GM built 5 Grand Sport Corvettes for racing. From the pits, they couldn't see the number on the car door if there was another car in the way, so they put stripes on the fender, 1, 2, or 3 stripes. So they could tell which car they were looking at. 4 of the GS's were blue and the other 1 was white. 3 coupes 2 verts. Ya learn something new every day! A lot of cool replicas out there!

Remarkably, all 5 of the original GS's still exist and have all been restored to their original glory. They are each insured for $5,000,000.

As fun as [most] GM Trucks are reliable. Good to see another owner on the board.
