I have a 2010HD2500 with a 6.0. I have just over 60K on it and never had a problem with it. I really like the truck, but recently have been getting the itch for a new one. Upon review the boards and seeing the problems some people are having with the 14/15 trucks. I'll keep this one. It's paid for and the money I save from not getting a new one will go towards a side x side and the new sled (Ski-Doo) I have coming in a couple months, already got a new trailer

Looks good. I just ordered the victory red front grill for my truck as well. I'm planning to have the light bezels painted at a local shop since I can not find these available anywhere already painted. Have you tried to remove your light bezels for paint or are you leaving them chrome?

I would love to paint them black, but I think the bezels are a part of he light housing and are glued together. (Don't quote me on that). I guess I could plasti dip them easy enough. f15fc2edae1fafd559d00b8d282aca64.jpg

From what I've been told by my local body shop is the light bezels are held on by some strong 3M adhesive tape. They can be removed, prepped properly, and painted if you want. I was quoted $100 to color match them both red.

as good as the chrome looks i decided to go with matte black raptor oval side steps. Next step is to either replace or plastidip the "silverado" badging matte black and then black out the chrome on the grille. I have a local sign shop making up some matte black hood stripes...I might do a matte red for the bowtie if i can find a matching red.

end result should look somewhat similar to this GMC

How much did you end up paying for that stripe set up? I have the Tungsten one and Im wondering how something like this would look on it
