Glad this data finally posted. GM still managed to move the most half tons but they took a beating on 3/4 tons. Ford owned the 1 ton the year before so that's no surprise.

Hoping Ram selling more trucks in March 2014(for the month) than Chevrolet wakes some people up in Detroit.

The reps at launch of the GM trucks said the K2XX design would get more attention to updates than the GMT900 series got.

Thinking they may need to get to that, otherwise it will all just come to cash on the hood. What is going to happen when the

new F150 rolls out?

Still cannot figure out how GM gets beat by such a large margin on the HD's? Do Ford & Dodge(Ram) factory reps go after large

contracts while GM does not? Is it pricing? Dealers not stocking nor offering service for HD's? Marketing?

For fleet purchases on hand stock is meaningless. Also most I've heard (no idea if true) most states and the feds will buy from different brands year by year. For 2012 GM also sold a ton more 2500s but lost out on 3500s.

I'm just glad they don't dump the gmc brand in pursuit of fords BS sales title... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes, but the question from this fall forward will always be if the Colorado/Canyon cannibalize GM half ton sales or if they actually cut into the Toyota/Nissan small truck market share.
