San Fran beggars

Squirrely

Recommended Posts

Seriously aggressive in downtown. Had one woman get in our faces. Started getting her gangsta talk on... once she left, her pimp was sizing us up. But that would have been 8 of us (dudes) on the 2 of them.

What's really crazy is they just walk right into the bar and ask for money. We tell them no, and they go nuts.

No kidding. I was at the Chipotle in Union Square and this dude strolled in like he owned the place and started grubbing right out of the trashcan. He was half-dancing to nonexistent music the entire time.

I'm wondering more about the dude peering around the door and counting heads. Was he trying to find a way to stick one of us.. There was the uncomfortable silence as everyone was staring at one another. Reminded me of a shootout in a movie.

It was just weird.

Don't go to Detroit

And one time when I was 16 we took a class trip to d.c and a beggar offered me a beer and I just gave him a dollar

sent from my truck in a field

I have only been to San Fran once and I experienced the same thing. I have also found that Chicago homeless are equally abrasive. I understand that you may have a need for something – but if you come to me and try to threaten me or intimidate me, we are not going to be friends and you ain’t getting a dime.

Last tigers game I had one like that... I usually carry some cash or change to avoid them...

You shouldn't enable them. If everyone smartened up and stopped giving these people money they'd go away. Preferably to Chicago.
