SnakeEyeSS
Looks like an old Ford Econoline with steel wheels to me. Its an old, rusty, rattlecan painted panelvan used by American Airlines. It was a good 20 min from the airport. Never seen a multi billon dollar business display such crappy transportation(well, besides the post office). The back doors looked a little jacked up also. SnakeEyeSS
At first it was the bumper that got my attention. Then I saw it.
SnakeEyeSS
And this guy, sky high. Driving 10 under, for 2.5 miles with his blinker on, wipers on max in a super slow drizzle, window down, and constantly making jerking moments in his lane while driving down a straight road, looked like in his late 20s or 30s hard to tell. (Maybe drunk too?)
SnakeEyeSS
Explain me this, didn't seem to be a limo. In the top pic you can see what appears to be the seatbelt in the back(4th?) Row. So not a shell(my first thought). Someone making custom Excursions on the newer chassis?

(Maybe drunk too?) At least most GM vehicles have a "Hey IDIOT!" alert, that sounds the alert chime after you've been driving your vehicle for awhile with the turn signal on.
