That is a stock size, 255/70/17 , however the truck came with 275/55/20 so they look kinda small to me now. Especially considering I had installed 275/60/20's that were 33.1" tall.

I'll go to another 33 on these wheels ( 17") and probably keep a stock 265/65/18 on my 18" wheels for trips, winter ,etc. I'm loving my mileage now though. It's rate if I'm empty to get under 20 mpg. Even with a 6.2.

The more I drove with the smaller tires the more I like them. I had a shake with the 20's so I traded for 17's for more side wall and almost 40# lighter per wheel/ tire.

My '00 Silverado came stock with 235 width tires, my '09 came with 245 and my '15 came with 255's.  I tried heavier, larger tires on my last truck and the improved look wasn't worth the sluggish feel and poorer gas mileage.  In 2000 upgrading to 255's on 17's would have looked awesome.  I'm simply enjoying large wheels by earlier standards!

Have a bunch of red Silverado logos so tried one on the front really hard to make it look straight because of the slight decline/incline

Just read your Signature, made me laugh and reminisce at the same time. This was my ZR2 when I was young. Stcker was on for an off road weekend with a bunch of buddies. The ZR2 upstaged all but one Jeep (A brand new Rubicon) that weekend.

I do miss that truck, it was unstoppable.

I had a shop replace the chrome emblems that come with the truck (and really look out of place on the Rally editions) with black emblems.  I had a custom RALLY emblem made up to replace the LT on the tailgate.  Ordered all these on eBay.  The RALLY emblem was a custom that one of the sellers agreed to do for me at a very reasonable $20.  The black is so much better than the chrome on this model/color scheme.  Couldn't be happier with this mod.  Note the lettering perfectly straight though the picture does not look like it is.  Not sure if this is due to the rain or a strange picture angle or what.

9 hour detail session on the truck. Interior vacuumed, leather conditioned, floor liners cleaned, engine bay detailed, foam bath, hand dry, full clay bar, and extreme depth carnauba wax + x seal, windows cleaned and topped off with extreme wheel shine.

Had my front valance off for a while and was really happy with it but still wanted it to be even at the bottom, so I cut the bottom of the valance off and reinstalled it. Got the idea from Swirvn

What did you use to cut?  Jigsaw, grinder with cutoff wheel?  Looks good!

Also is your Sierra Leveled in the front?

I used a Dremel cutting tool that I bought at Lowe's over the weekend on sale. I had been wanting to do this for over a few months but didn't have anything to cut it with until now. I just followed the curve/bend in the valance. I had to have my daughter help hold the valance as I cut it to keep it from flopping all over the place.

Yes I have a 1 1/2" level kit on the front. Didn't want to go the full 2"s.
