I installed a B&M transmission pan to go along with the rear diff cover i installed a few weeks back. I am so glad i did it. The oil was gross, it was last flushed ~30k ago. Today i did the pan and filter and filled it back up with Amsoil ATF. I also did the transfer case too. The front and rear ends are both also filled with Amsoil.

The pan was kind of a pain to install since i had to drop the Y pipe to get some clearance but beyond that is was easy.

One thing i will note on the transmission is it shifts way better than before, not sure if its a placebo effect or not but it has never felt as good as it does today since it was new. The rear end seems a lot less clunky too with the heavier oil in there, the factory oil was like water.

The pan,

A sample of the oil i drained from the transmission

14 Silvy I rather like the look with the valance in place.  Just me but truck looks unfinished without it IMO.  As for the billet grille if it does not require permanent modification do it otherwise hold off.  Guy who manages the used car department of local Chevy dealer said they deducted at least $750 or more on trades with billet grille.   Not everybody likes the look and even at cost they are not inexpensive to revert back to stock.
Billet isn't permanent looking for a change lol. I did pull the valance off to see how it would look I think I like it without.61d85736482170aff934a54c12e8626e.jpg

Looks good. My “go-to” interior sweeping trick is a pumice stone. Pick one up at Walmart and keep it with your detailing supplies. It scrapes off animal hair that gets imbedded in fabric and doesn’t scratch it.  It’s crazy how well it works!

Exactly what I'm hoping to do down the road. Where'd you purchase the kit from and what'd the total come to?

I will keep that in mind.....I have been using a simple latex or nitrile glove, that hair pretty much comes all together with a couple swipes

$2,865 delivered to my door from Filthy Motorsports. Ben Brazda is great to deal with and they have great customer service. They will build your shocks exactly how you want them. That price included front and rear shocks and the camburg arms.

Installed the Rigid flush mount ignite lights in the bumper steps last weekend, it's amazing how much light they throw off!  The pallets you can see  in the second picture are probably 40 yards away and were lit up like daylight!  Glad I found that thread on the forum
