Dropped mine off at the body shop. Someone decided to back into the front fender of my truck while out to dinner over the weekend. Of course they just left and didn't leave any contact information. So due to someone being a prick I'm stuck paying for the damages on my new truck! I can only hope the damage to their vehicle was worse.

^ That sucks. Buy Dash cam. Problem solved! ;)

Your dash cam story convinced me to order one. Now I think I should get 3 more for the rear and two sides! There is probably a good/better solution somewhere out there for that too

be careful leaving any electronics out in the open. Thieves will break out your window and take it.

Tint your windows. They won't be able to see it.

Installed the Park assist sensors on the Bull bar to eliminate the problem . And it works. :)

No more turn them on and off when you put the vehicle in drive..

Hillbilly job to see if it work before drilling the bar... :D

I assume they were picking up the bar all the time. Another great idea!

Are those the original ones on the bumper behind the fog lights on the bar and you just disconnected them and reconnected the feed wires to a new set?

I want to add a camera there so I can see how close I can get to something before hitting it

I tinted to 35% at the recommendation of the tint shop he said because unless you have connections they will fail you at your annual inspection, or you can get a ticket and have to remove it if you try to add deeper tint. MY factory tint in the back is 20%. Closing the roof shade helps a lot

i scored a set of 4 sensors and wiring harness from a 2014 silverado on ebay for $19 shipped" auction". I was the only one that bidding. :D

I disconnected the 2 middle sensors on the bumper. Using the wiring harness from the one i bought and tap it to the 2 middle plugs.

Went ahead and put in a small extra light in the console. I noticed last night that it's pretty dark in there even with the stock LED in there.

Check out my build page. Install was extremely easy so I didn't do a write up, but I did say how to do it. Just no pictures. I can take some if needed of finished product to show more of what you need to do.

Installed my Plug and Play Amp power boards, the Pop and Lock and the GM under seat box. Just waiting for my bed rug to get here and I will be all set with this truck for now.

Regards,

David
