What have you done to your K2 today?

Recommended Posts

My truck arrived Anchorage today, being delivered this afternoon. In preparation of use, stopped and purchased a set of studded ice/snow tires. Will have'm installed on sat. Won't get much use from them this year but a couple months, but will dismount and revert back to My A/T's for spring/summer then back on next season. Researching wheel options now for a 2nd set of 20" rims.

Nice. I'm debating also on removing the 3rd cat as well. If it's even a cat? No sensors are on it so it may be some sort of resonator.. I have a Corsa sport cat back waiting for me at my local dyno shop. My appointment is on the 13th so we'll see what actual gains I'll get with it. They also guarantee no drone with the straight thru design of the muffler. We'll see.... I'm sure with the Airaid intake I have and the exhaust there will be noticeable power gains. I'm still debating on a custom tune.. I have the opportunity to have one installed and dyno tuned but I'm a lil worried about the warranty going out the window. Thanks for the response are you gonna add some polished tips? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No tips. I had them put on my '07 as an after thought and wasn't really that high on them. After a wash I get my Purple Slice out, slide under the truck and do the part of the tailpipes that can been seen so they alway look brand new anyway. These pics are of the '07 after 6½ years.

What shop did ur tailpipes like that? I really like the exit style. And am now considering getting some purple slice. Never heard of it before but after seeing ur results after 6.5 years I know it must be a very nice product

A local shop here in Broken Arrow, OK called Ralson's Muffler Shop. The kid that owns it is a wizard at pipe bending.

Installed my Fold-A-Cover G4 Elite cover and weathertechs today! Also touched up some rock chips on the front end with some Dr. ColorChip in preparation for a clear bra to be installed.

I'm not usually one to care about emblems much, so I feel a bit silly about this. But my Denali, even though it came with the Z71 package, had no emblems so its fenders looked sort of naked. What's worth bragging about even more than the Z71? The 6.2 of course....

I got them here:

I think the font matches the stock Denali font closely enough most will probably assume it's a factory emblem, which was the intention.

emblem pros are the best out there. Roger and the crew did a ton of stuff for me on my camaro and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality stainless trim and emblem pieces.

I really dont think there are anyone better when you put in service, quality, and pricing.
