.. started modifying my door harness for DL3 mirrors.. Phil's diy harness kit is awesome.. just like following paint by numbers.. you can turn your brain right off and still put the harness together.. I just forgot to turn it back on when I was finished LOL! I installed the drivers side to test and DIC displayed message to open and close drivers window.. I tried but nothing happened! windows did not budge, no mirrors, no locks.. nothing! Holy Cow what did I mess up? ... well I forgot to plug in the connector to the door panel . I think this is a perfect time to take a break before I tackle the other door

Mirror caps swapped from chrome back to original white.. anyone planning to do this needs to watch pgamboa on YouTube.. made swapping them problem free with no broken tabs.. thanks again Phil

CargoSlide, install does not need a write up. Lay template down, drop some screws and align mount.  Took about an hour and now I want to know how I went for so long without one.

Gor a big order in from GM.  Installed the Escalade seat control upgrade, OEM wireless charging module kit upgrade, drivers side pillar handle and installed Expel clear film on door sills.

Finally got my sub and amp installed after almost a month of collecting dust in the garage.

Kicker 8” sub & kicker CXA300.1 amp.

finally hooked up the reverse signal to my tailgate lightbar today (ordered a 5 pin T connector to eliminate splicing).. also haven't had any luck at local upholstery shops for white leather so I opted for some comfy seats for winter (thanks to a pair of Australian sheep hides) and I'll revisit the upholstery shops in the spring.
