Txjose
This was waiting for me when I got home from work. My initial thoughts? Damn, the air box and filter are HUGE! A little overkill I think. I'll install it when I get a chance and give a report. Overkill is under rated i always say. Same with my Airaid CAI..... I was like holy balls this filter is huge!!!!! Lol Sent from my Note 4 on Tapashit
slj2008
looks good. I think I go with Airaid MIT . I had good luck with it on the old truck 2012 5.
beast 10
I just put on the Airaid MIT today and absolutely feel increased throttle response. GM really plugs these trucks up, this really lets the truck breathe much better.
quail hound
Ok, I installed my cai today and I must say it looks pretty good. The big airbox and filter fill up the space nicely. Now I just have to get used to the sound it makes, it has a weird growl at low rpm/ lots of throttle. Before After I only have 1,250mi on my truck but there was no oil in my intake or throttle body.

TJay74
Looks nice, hoping that my 2014 Airaid kit will move over to my 2016 truck. I really don't want to buy another kit as the wife is already about to stroke out with the money I am going to put into the new truck as soon as we take delivery of it.

Spurly
In case anyone is looking to purchase a new intake, Jet.com has a 15% discount (15NOW) for first time buyers. They had the Airaid MIT for $139 and once you add the promo it came out to $118. I was going to wait until next month to buy one, but couldn't pass up the deal. I'm sure it would have been better to bundle a few things into the promo like a rear floor liner but the budget wouldn't allow it! lol Edited February 29, 2016 by Spurly
dctruck
I ended up with the Airaid intake for my truck. It was a breeze to install and the difference is noticeable, thought it could be a placebo. Who knows? I will eventually get a tune and some headers, but that is going to be later on. I think having an intake and exhaust before my first oil change is moving fast enough as far as mods. Lol! Spurly
The Airaid MIT I ordered through JET.com showed up right as I got home. Since I have the clean side separator from Elite, I had to change out the fittings. It took me longer to find the correct fittings than it did to actually install it. Took maybe 10 minutes to install. I'm disappointed the intake wasn't louder with the new tube, but it sounds much better than stock. There appears to be a noticeable increase in throttle response but it could just be imagining a difference since it sounds louder. But regardless, for $120 I can't complain. Willshire
Anybody put the MIT on a 2016 with the high capacity air box RPO K47? Airaid emailed me and said they cannot recommend it for my 2016 AT as it has not been tested
