loud growl and vibration 05 2500

I'm getting this very loud growl and vibration from 70-78mph, sounds like its coming from tranny or pass side front. I just did wheel bearings and u-joints and it has a new transfer case. Its weird once I hit 80mph it completely stops. Tires are also brand new. There is no vibration in steering wheel. Tranny fluid looks clean. Any help would be great.
