2014+ Lowering / Drop Kits

Recommended Posts

Anyone interested in a 2/3.5 drop? Front belltech struts, rear belltech shocks, 2" drop shackles then removing the rear block gives the other 1.5"

$150 for all located near Birmingham, al

Didn't you just install this stuff and was leveled before? Why the change back to level?

i like this drop , looks great

your kit will be different from mine. My truck has/had the aluminum control arms and knuckle. And the rear I already had 2" drop shackles on the truck so I used a 6" drop kit and re used the shackles to save alittle money. If GM hasn't made any changes from 2015 to 2016 you would use CA2007-3 for the front and RK2507-5 for the rear. They list these as up to 2015 and don't say anything about the 2016

so you have the aluminum CA and knuckle or steel ? i searched CA2007-3 which is for steel and CA2515/3 for aluminum can you clear this for me pleas

I have 4" DJM control arms for the aluminum spindles and control arms and a belltech flip kit with street performance shocks I'm thinking about selling. Currently still on my truck thinking of going level with 33's

no prob man, glad I could help. I think the confusion was the other member has a '16 with a steel front end, so I was giving him the part numbers for his truck, not what I used on mine

I have a 2016 rcsb. I bought my mcg shackles for temp until I do my 3/5.

My question is what pinion shim will I need for now doing the 2" shackle and removing the block?

I'm new to these new silverados and know nothing about them. I'm an nbs guy

You will have to measure the pinion angle and do the math to correct it if needed.
