New to the forum with some serious truck issues

_{Sorry for taking so long getting back with a answer, anyways the smell is gone after 900mil and don't know what it was causing it?. I was told either rust proofing dip or a sticker near the exhaust manifold. It doesn't smell anymore, I have since started to tow my Ranger 488 VS Bass Boat and am loving the ability of this new truck 2014 LTZ 1500 crew cab 5.3 342 axel vs my old 96 Silverado dually 454 373 axel, I'm getting around 14 mpg towing vs 10 mpg and feel no difference in the tow. Guessing serious issue because when you think about how much money you can spend for these trucks its serious. Enjoy}
