LED Front Light Bars & Pods

Recommended Posts

Where are you guys running the wires for light bars into the can and what power are y'all tapping into?

99.9% of the people use the battery with a relay.

I wanted the Amber/white combo by ridgid. It's not curved. Curved would look better I'm sure. Uhhhhg. Any ideas.

Yeah I'm holding out until they make a curved Amber bar.

Hello,

That bar looks sweet and was wondering where you got it or what company it's from?

Just bought a 32 inch led bar and doing some mock ups and it will fit perfect in the lower part of the grill! Also just ordered the rigid industries wiring kit. I don't like the switch so I think I wanna get another one. Hopefully the electrical side of the house isn't too hard.i would like to have it hooked up to my my high beams but it seems to hard for me since I don't like to mess with electrical stuff.

Really easy to hook up to the high beams, all you need is a diode and connect it to the wire going from the switch to power the bar and also to the hi beam wire. As far as switches I like what otrattw.net has to offer.

I guess I'll have to do more research on how to do it. If its that easy I'll try it out. And yes those are the switches I like.

This is my video, I show How to use a diode to use reverse led lights with a switch and with reverse. In your case instead of taping into the reverse for power, you'll tap into the hi beam but the rest will be the same.
