I was looking at this lift, i need new tires and i know i want to go higher so i figure i could do them both. So ive read its a decent lift but whats the difference in it and the bds which seems to be what a lot of people go with. Also what would the coilover kit from bds do for me that the regulat kit doesnt?

Unless your off-roading on a serious level, or every day if you work in the bush or something like that, the coil-over kit isn't worth the almost double price tag. It will give a slightly better ride on road, and a much better ride off road. However, is it worth it to you to spend $4,000 on a lift? That's just the kit, no install, wheels or tires yet.

Differences between BDS and Zone? More in the design. The zone sub-frame pieces are pretty ugly, and not designed for high clearance like the BDS ones are. The zone kits are more basic and ugly. I don't think Zone carries the kind of warranty BDS does either, even though it's the same parent company.

I would go for the BDS, hands down.
