Well so far I've had all the windows tinted, removed the muffler and put on a nice shiny tip, and basilisks maintenance. I switched it over to AMSOIL 0w-20 right away and have GM rear wheel liners on order they should be here this week.

Future plans are to get rid of the nasty steel wheels that are starting to rust quit a bit on the lip and under the centre caps. I'll get those K02's off after the summer because they're WAY TO LOUD; the constant droning is driving me bonkers! I'll also be installing my dash cam (front and rear) and will probably add an aftermarket bluetooth kit for the factory head-unit later in the summer. ? Oh and the plastic drop in bed-liner needs to go and it will be replaced with line-x.

Sounds like you have good list of "Day 2" mods already lined up.

Post pics, and ask questions, or provide answers as you go.

2” rough country leveling kit (spacer) 20x10 wheels -15 offset and 33x12.5 tires aturro mt rubs at full lock

Looks great !  Turned out very nice.  I have a 2018 as well w/ultimate package but with 22” wheels.  Truck is white diamond frost coat.  I love the way the truck  looks now, but wished there were more choices for leveling kits. I really don’t wanna mess with the magnetic ride system.  Truck rides very nice now, but 22” wheels make you feel it on crappy roads.  Was it difficult to install on your truck ?  Magnetic ride create problems?

 Thanks

I went with rough country kit because it was kinda cheap like 60 and it came with a bracket that moved the sensor up. It rode very good with the leveling kit installed like stock then I put mud tires on and the ride is good but not like it was ...install was easy lol giant pry bar on the spring slide the spacer in and done. With a 2 inch leveling kit there still is some rake maybe 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 spacer would make it truly level but I’m fine with the way it is. Next is tune ??

Your truck looks awesome! I think I have the same hood. Mine has two recesses or indentations. Yours looks like some sort of scoops were mounted into the indentations, but you said it's vinyl. How about a closer picture?

That's a crazy optical illusion! In your first photo there looks like hood scoop openings, but in these pictures you can see it's just vinyl laid in the recess. Very cool!

That looks so good man. Are you planning on keeping the steps?

Thanks. I’m going to drive it for a while like this. Let the chrome get pitted up some more and when I’m ready to change it up. Black out it, change the wheels, and remove the steps.
