05 Tahoe still kicking with 307xxx

purchased new in April 2005 (had 25 miles on it when we drove it off the lot...I think we put 23 of those 25 miles on it on the test drive).  Only "major" repair work I've had to do is changing the water pump.  Body has a few "age spots" (if the wife would have paid attention when backing up, they wouldn't be there) but otherwise, this Tahoe will probably be one of the 2 best vehicles I've owned (other being an 86 Monte Carlo...sold it to my cousin with 377000 miles, then he drove it a couple of years until he went off to college, then passed it down to his brother, who drove it a couple of years)

At 299,996 miles my rear diff went. got another 14 bolt 9.5" rearend with 3.72 gears just like the old one for 100$ from junk yard

At 300,02X the passenger tire cambered in so bad from a worn c/v axle that it rode the brakes to the point of a small flame and ruined a 37" toyo. $1000 later (more than half that was new tools, air tools mainly so i wasnt to mad) back on the road but now im leaking coolant out of the hose going to the oil cooling system with that wierd fitting. But this truck will be new or totalled before i quit on her..

High guys I am new to this Forum and yes I have a 2001 GMC Yukon Denali and just turned over 340k today.  I have the 6.0 Liter engine. Full time 4WD.

we have been very blessed with not major mechanical issues. I bought in 2006 with 75K on it.  Rebuilt front diff at 150K and put in Timken geears and bearings

One waterpump, one gas pump. And get this you will not believe. Just for some reason me and my mechanic never changed spark plugs. Realized it at 300K

when we flushing the rear differentail and putting in new fluid as we had never done that either. Amazing original AC delco spark plugs. I get right at 20 mpg

if I drive 66 mph. so again very blessed and fortunate.

Question: anyone runnning Penzoil Platimum High Mileage Full Syn in their 6.o Liter?  Anyway good to be on here and looking forward to any help to try to reach

500K.

Tks...Keep it rolling!
