This weekend I purchased my second vehicle from Holiday Chevrolet in Whitesboro, TX. I highly recommend this dealership and would like to thank them for their easy no haggle approach to selling cars. I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle until I saw that GM was running 20% off this week, so I checked their website and found a deal that I couldn't pass up. I traded my 2014 Crew Cab 4x4 for a 2016 Crew Cab Z71. The new truck listed for $50,275 and their advertised price was $34,689 plus I had $772.00 on my GM Card to bring the sales price to $33,917. To make things even better they gave me an extremely fair offer for my trade. As long as they keep doing business like this I won't even consider another dealership, they are well worth the drive, plane ticket, or any other means necessary to get there.

31% off is pretty good. Congrats..

I flew into St Louis yesterday at around 10am and Laura had someone waiting to pick me up as soon as I got off the plane. Once I got to the dealership, it took about 5 hours but only because of how busy they were with it being the last day of the 20% off sale and me finding the right truck. I left with my new Sierra at about 4pm and got home at 2:30 this morning. The MSRP was 56,290 and I paid 40,759. I would definitely go back to Laura but I would get there first thing in the morning next time.

Does anyone know if Laura would have taken the 1500 private offer?

I used one there when I bought mine at Laura in February. Has anybody been able to get one recently? It would surprise me if GM was doing them along with 20% off.

is everyone else finding that dealers are advertising huge discount prices with a whole bunch of things you need to qualify for, only to findout its impossible to qualify for 90% of them?

Im looking at a 16 Silverado LT Z71, sticker is 42,400 and they advertise $29,950. I went to haggle and they said I don't qualify for anything and best price they can do is $38,000. Seems like bull so I walked out.
