Sticker says 51945 MSRP - why are they saying dealer price is 55440?

41500 is do-able from there, so give them your price and be prepared to walk if they won't meet it.

They added 22s at the dealership. They said they could put the original wheels back on it to bring the price down. Is $38k doable with original wheels?

Probably pushing it to get $13k off the sticker. But there is no way I would pay another $3500 for 22's when the truck came with 20's.

However just looking at the dealer I bought my truck from some are willing to drop the prices... Couple of examples.

MIne was about 48,000 MSRP. We paid 37,000 for it. I probably could have gotten a little more off but I was just wore down by the dealer sales manager.

It was the exact truck we wanted so we did it.

2014 Silverado LT 4x4

Double Cab

Granite blue

Z71

13k miles

Listed at 29835

Purchased for 29335

I searched for months trying to find a good deal. I saw a lot of 07-13 models with up to 50k miles for around that price and couldn't resist biting on the 2014.

See if they will toss in a bedliner/rug for you.

So, was told recently that GM is trying to put the kibosh on these last minute "throw in a bedliner and you have a deal" situations. And the way they are doing it is putting the bedliners in ahead of time and putting them on the sticker. Mine was $475. Looked at a couple of local dealerships and indeed all their inventories 2015-on had them all already sprayed.

Could just be a local/regional thing though I guess.

That does make sense. I just noticed in the pictures that it did not have anything in the bed which made me suggest that.

Same here. Im seeing 2012s and 2013s with around 30-40k miles and they want more than used 2014s with close to same mileage. Why is that?
