Pics of '03 "Blue" . . . . Finally

Just basic shots that I had about 5 mins to grab - they were taken a few blocks from my place near a city park, right after I waxed her up, about 3 days after taking delivery.  

 

These are low res photo scans, but I did run a mild sharpening filter on the images before sending to Chevy4x4trucks, who is graciously hosting them for me - thanks.

 

Starting to see a lot of the new blue trucks out there - so much for notoriety!

Very nice.  I really like the new color too! Those new tires they're putting on the 1500s are a big omprovement over the Firestones.

That is a nice looking truck. I have an 03 2500HD that is the Arrival blue, it is a cool color and don't show the dirt as bad as the indego blue. Here is the link to my truck.

Thanks guys.  I'm pretty happy about the color - When I was deciding on color, the wifey thought it was a bit too much "Fisher Price" blue - that made me laugh - perfect for my toddler like mentality, and sometimes disposition!

 

I had the topper repainted at a local body shop, and they were excited about the arrival blue - it was new for them.  It seems to hide the crud about as well as the meadow green did on the '99.  I agree the Bridgestones do complement the truck's looks.  

 

Future plans, on a limited budget will be Rhino or Line-X, and maybe an Extang cover for the summer housework months.

 

Ryan, you should go for it, man - I know you want to!
