Headliner question

I have a 2014 GMC crew cab. Above the back seat towards the passenger side, there is something square mounted under the headliner. Anyone know what this is?

Can you get a photo? Maybe its the climate control aspirator that was previously above the drivers head?

My random guess: possibly a raised spot to allow a wiring harness to pass over a structural element in the roof.
