There are about 8 different 22's that are going to be available eventually but right now there are only 3 versions.

Thanks for the extra pics. That leather looks awesome. I love the white stitching. Does the quality of the interior seem more like a German vehicle or does it still feel and look like the previous GM interiors ( cheap plastics, large gaps, etc.)?

The ones I test drove definitely feel higher quality. They are seriously some of the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in. Additionally, the interior is definitely quieter than my buddies 2011 BMW 535i. It's really incredible...

The quality is definitly better than the previous model. As far as it being up too par with german made vehicles, id be lying to you if i said yes (Dont own one and havent been in many). The fit and finish is definitely something that we havent seen before in a GMC/Chevy truck.

The only thing i really dont care for is the fake wood trim on the doors. Its not a deal breaker per say, but i wish they would have done something different like continuing the aluminum trim to the doors. Ive been playing with the idea of doing a CF wrap on the wood grain, but idk if thats going to look right with the rest of the greyish/blue trim on the door/dash. Hopefully the aftermarket will kick up and we can purchase aluminum trim peices later on in the year.

As far as quality, the door seems solid as well as the dash. There are a few pieces that are just painted plastic (Door handle cup) and they could have maybe done a little better, but id still give it a A+. I can slap the door and dash and nothing rattles or feels loose which is a plus.

The seats, more specifically the leather, looks to be great quality. The white stiching is a great accent to the truck. The leather feels smooth and firm by touch, yet soft when you sit.

The other day I went to my local dealership just to look and see what all the talk was about on the new 14's and ended up leaving with a quick silver Z71. So far I haven't foun one thing that I don't love. The truck rides sooooo much smoother and quieter compared to my 08.

Uh, you cannot get the truck he bought with bucket seats and any thing but black leather. So no order what you want.

I like it- what size rims are those? Silver was the only other color I was considering. Coming from a black car I needed something easy to keep clean.white diamond or summit ate were top on the list

I really wish they offered a gray color that looks somewhat like this one does as it sits in the low setting sun (the 3rd picture/side shot)...maybe even a touch darker. In broad sunlight the silver is just too bright for my taste. Something along the lines of the Steel Gray Metallic they had in 2013.

 

I'm tempted to wait until 2015 to see if GMC comes out with some better paint options because what they offer now is very disappointing.
