Custom Exhaust Tip Ideas

So I'm looking at these SLTs wondering how to implement a cool looking exhaust. I really like what GM did with the late model Escalades, sort of reminiscent of the older corvette with the rectangularish (not a word!) dual tips out the back and molded into the rear bumper. I don't think this would look that great on an SLT, but was wondering if anyone is looking into this to make it look better. I dislike how the exhaust is exited now. Zero flare!

If I were custom making an exhaust I would make it exit similar to the Harley Davidson F-150's...

I kind of like how the Flowmaster cat back looks on these trucks, unfortunately it includes Flowmaster mufflers.
