2014+ Leveling Kits

Recommended Posts

I own FastHeadlights LLC and we do work on headlights all the time. I just took the orange out and replaced with some switchback turn signals :)

Can we get some more pics of the front of your truck?

What did you tint your tail lights with? how many coats? Any chance you take a pic with the tail lights on and not the breaks? I am ready tint mine. I have a white truck and dont want them super dark and would like to keep the tail and brake lights as bright as possible but just take the red out when they are off if that makes sense.

Finally got all the mods on (for now). I did the rough country 3.75 inch combo kit (2.5 inch leveling kit with the 1.25 inch body lift). Also went with Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ 275/65/20 on the stock rims. Absolutely love how it turned out.

Here is a picture of the tire the only one that was not too big I guess. Dumb. 295 70r18 factory rims.

Looks good, and it looks as if there is a good deal of room. Congrats. Truck looks awesome. That will be the tire and size that I will go with. Had those exact same tires on my last two Fords and there were no issues at all. Looks like they will be going on my Chevy now. Thanks for the pics.

Can you give some front and rear pics, some showing how the truck looks with those 275s on. Kinda curious how wide they look with the truck on a 3.75 combo and 34s

What .5" spacers did you use? I need roughly this amount to satisfy me, but I've been unable to find bolton spacers in the .5" size and I was under the impression a .5" slide-on spacer wouldn't leave enough threads on the studs???

I just got some cheap ones on eBay from wheelcity. I also bought some et style lugs. I wasn't real happy with how many rotations I got on the lugs.

I like your lights! Where did you get them, or what did you have done. Sweet truck!

This man also did the work on my headlights, I can definitely vouch for his work.

I also ran across something yesterday you guys might find interesting. I saw someone run 35's on a single 2" leveling kit with almost 0 rubbing issues so he claims. Anyone else try this setup? (forgive me if this is old news, haven't had time to browse the forum lately)

That's what I'm saying lol, if he really doesn't rub with no trimming like he claims I'll be all over some 35's for my pickup.

Whenever my tires run out ( about 1/2 life) I'm going to try 305/70/18's (34.8"x12") on a 2.5 level and 1.5 body lift. It'll be a bit still, but i'm going to try it at least. Hopefully someone will have the answer by then, but that's my intent. 295/70/18's as a backup.
