matte black on a grey truck or not

I painted my side moldings because I like that they are at least a little protective for shopping carts and cars parked next to me. I used Krylon, Painters Touch I believe. It bonds to plastic and used a semi gloss. It matches the wheels and step sides better. I think it would be cool too to tap into the DTRL. I used zip ties behind the grill until I can figure out a more fixed way of keeping them there.

well. did the front and tried out plasti dip....cool!!! i like it. Dont know what i think of the black grille but looks cool with the drls (wich are led) on. Just will have to look at it a while and decide if i like it. Does make it look like a wt (work truck) model..lol

 

im going to do the bumpers next and the mouldings oh got rid of the cap yay i like it this way better
