Storing phone # in the radio

Just had an update done by the dealer on my radio for glitch in the recording feature and now I lost all my stations and phone #'s that where saved. I can get the radio stations saved but can't remember how to save a phone number in with the stations. Can't seem to find it in the manual either.

I tried to find the answer for ya but have not had any luck so far on the internet or playing with the actual radio. Let us know the answer if you end up finding the solution and I'll do the same.

I called that # today and the lady said to use the voice activation and say the phone number and then say "store to favorites".

I tried it and it doesn't work, it's not even a recognized command.

go to your contacts and place your finger on anything at the bottom and drag it up. this will show the favorites, then just press and hold. the system will beep and you'll see the number to select, select the number or name and it will save.
