Saabkyle04 '14 Silverado In Depth Tour

Recommended Posts

well folks, the Famous In Depth Reveiwer of Cars on Youtube Kyle Lindsey (Saabkyle04) has managed to review a Blue Granite Metallic Silverado LTZ Crew Cab. and I've seen something in his review that I DO NOT Like: the Keyfob looks like it could be a Switchblade Key, but its a Separate Key that's UNGODLY Tiny Compared to the Fob! (in comparison, the GMT900 Key Set Looked Better!)

Here's his Review Video for those who want to see the '14 Silverado, but don't want the pressure of a salesman breathing down their neck:

Really ? Who cares... it's a key! It amazes me what some people complain about . Poor GM couldn't make everyone happy no matter how hard they try

IMO, the key looks like an Afterthought!

I want to turn the key to start the truck. I also want to move the shifter like it's been done forever. I personally don't like the push button start and turn dial shifter with Dodge. Doesn't seem like a truck

The only thing I would change about the truck is I would put the shifter in the center console. It's going to take some getting used to.... Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

I prefer it on the column in a truck. In the Ram it took up a lot of room in the console.

Good video walkthrough. After watching that there are two things. First I'm not sure how I feel about the whole touchscreen thing as the radio, seems like it could be kind of distracting compared to a fully button system, but then again that may be because I'm just used to my radio too. The second thing is probably the first thing I genuinely don't like and that is the fact that the exhaust is quieter. I want to upgrade the exhaust on my 07 and definitely would have to upgrade on the new trucks, didn't like the stock sound at all.

Touchscreen isn't too bad. My recommendation would be to set it to the night mode of it had one and leave it there permanently. Mine hasn't come in yet so I'm not Sur about the settings but my touchscreen nav in my trailblazer has a night setting to be perfect for day and night...
