Well I do have some good news. Talked to my service writer and he said the shop will cover the cost of the RF balance even though it's out of warranty because they had damaged my truck last time it was there (they pulled dent and painted it which is one of the reasons it went back to the shop). I have a 900 mile round trip this weekend so we'll definitely find out if it solved anything (my bet is no)

that would be my guess

You must have faith in the dealer! They know how to fix everything!

I have faith in they are willing to help but not necessarily resolve my issue.

On a side note Ram 1500 trucks are 0% for 72 months if anyone is wondering. Got an email earlier about it lol

So is Ford..

Saw that but I got looking at their interior on the f250s and maybe it's just me but it's more rugged looking not luxury feeling compared to my High Country. I'm sure I would adjust it just doesn't look comfortable to me like the Rams or Silverados do IMHO

Did you look at a King Ranch? I actually really like the interior in them.

My (future) brother in law just got one a few weeks ago. It's a real nice truck but when he said it was 69k out the door I damn near shit a brick

Damn. I've seen them for mid $50K in my area. Local dealer was offering $14K off on diesel Lariat/KR/Platinum SD's a few months ago.

I don't think he even tried to budge them on price honestly. At my local Ford dealer I just checked and they have the same truck he just got with their "VIP pricing" at 57k before taxes and tags.

Anyone know if these places actually honor these special pricings or their sale price they put on their website? Or do you have to qualify for these ridiculous requirements and such?

Ok so after i dropped it off for visit #3 cust care called me and said that a district rep would contact the dealer about the non All Terrain SRAs and if they will put real AT tires on my truck. Funny thing the loaner 6 banger 4x4 DC with the 18" tire upgrade has Bridgestone Duler HTs lol a tire I would not mind.....

not a chance, I mean that to the part about him saying it wouldn't fix anything

interesting, but I'd rather have 7k off, the financing charges for my credit wouldn't equate to the 7k with GM, even though I hate GM right now, and in all likelihood wound't get another, especially since I am suing them, 7k incentives is more enticing

If I was going to leave GM, it would definitely be for a Ford or Toyota. I wouldn't touch a Fiat with a 10 foot pole. :nono:

Ford has issues with their cylinders and paint, I fundamentally don't like toyota, so that leaves GM & Ram, the new '16 nissans are too new for my liking so I wouldn't touch one for at least a few years.

A lot of them add in all rebates available (even ones you might not qualify for) to get a nice low price to get you in the showroom. Once there you'll find out that it's going to be a lot higher. Obviously they could sell the truck at that price and still make $$$ (or they wouldn't list it), so if you pushed them hard enough and/or they're hungry enough, they could do it.
