Need opinions on color. Ordering my truck tomorrow...

Recommended Posts

Hello friends. I need some help. I'm completley torn. I have an appointment to order my truck tomorrow at noon and I can't decide on a color. I'm pretty much between Black, White Diamond, and Silver. I could only find pictures of the White Diamond and the Black with the 22's I want. I really really really like the black but I'm afraid my OCD is going to be on overload with it. White Diamond is gorgeous but I worry it's a bit plain and it's an extra grand and that the chrome won't stand out to much with it. Silver is well silver...it's just a safe color.

Thoughts and opinions are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

And these are the wheels...

White Diamond is really common here in south Louisiana but I'm personally not a fan. (to me, it looks like a regular white truck that hasn't been washed in a while) Black looks great but requires a lot of upkeep & frequent washing. So, I vote Silver

I'd be happy with any one of them. I have a silver suv now and I know it hides the dirt pretty well. I'm very fussy with my cars and I'm afraid the black will drive me crazy even though it's my favorite of the bunch...

Silver

If you use the two bucket hand wash, blow dry with a leaf blower, use Adams great whites to dry and park in a garage you might get by with correcting (machine polish) the black one once a year. Unless you are ok with swirls, I would go light color.

So white is the absence of color (so my designer bride says), that leaves silver for me. For you, get what you like but if you go through car washes or let the wash kids at the wash tub run towels over it, black will not look good in one yr. Then again some folks do not notice swirls and water spots.

Your call.

I vote Silver , always looks clean and looks good . If you get the White Diamond Tri coat be aware its a lot of work if you need a paint touch up sometime ! and the Black its just a lot of work all the time to make it looks its best
