Little update. Injector balance rates are well within spec. Unplugged the two hoses goin into a "t" that dumps crank vapour too see which head the smoke is comin from and it's coming from both heads. Which rules out a cracked piston or bent rod [emoji106] so I changed my oil and cut open filter NO metal. Oil wasn't foamy or anything. Next step compression test and keep an eye on coolant level. Here's my balance rates. Pretty solid for running huge tunes and 130k miles. asy4y9e6.jpg

Within +-4 is within GM spec

No fuel in the oil? Was it burning much oil? You would think blow by would be easy to track down but coming off both sides??

Nope not as of yet. The oil I changed out of it was at about 7-8k miles it was still perfectly on full line...I'm getting zero smoke at idle out the tail pipe, any throttle percentage for that matter. I just changed the oil though now, I made a little mark on the coolant reservoir so I don't forget. Gonna keep driving it for a bit and see what happens...

Still have good oil pressure, no smoke out tail pipe, runs fine, builds boost, inj balance rates are very acceptable, not burning oil...I don't think I'm losing coolant (yet) so screw it. Just gonna keep drivin it for now. Keep a close eye on things and vitals...

YesHe Is. Nothing Wrong Asking Someone With More Experience For Help To Get Him Out Of This Lil Problem. IM Sure Someone On The D-max Forum Has Had This Lil Hiccup.

I'm active on DF and DD...guys are telling me get compression test. Some guys saying it's pretty much normal, most don't notice because it's normally routed into the Intake...not to atmosphere

How much pressure is there in the coolant tank? I know it's a long shot but if the tank has lotso pressure when just started that could be bad...

Depends, negative pressure is ok. Which it has a little but not bad. I don't get any bubbles or anything...I'm stumped on this one mang

No discolouration, no excessive pressure, no coolant loss. So far. I'm keeping close eye now.
