Only 540 HP from the 6.2?

I don't think they know yet, so they say "more than" knowing that the base numbers will be the same or higher than the current 6.2

I'll bet 540 HP for the 6.2 is conservative. With the new engine and DI they should be able to get north of 600, I'll guess while in their labs they get crazy HP numbers but don't release the big numbers for liability reasons.

Also a little conservative to keep the factory warranty in effect. I'd guess around 550 or 560 HP. Just not sure the (na)truck will get more HP than the new SS, I think it is rated at 414 or 415 HP.
