My local stereo shop sells DBLink LED headlight kits. They are really nice. $15 is a steal for those.

I just swapped out a PHILIPS CRYSTAL VISION ULTRA HALOGEN bulb in my 14 Silverado and I have to report that Yes, they are brighter than the stock bulbs, but they are not the nice white light that we are all looking for. I estimate that the Kelvin range to be around 4000 and as they are whiter than my stock bulbs, but no where near my 6000 K led fog lights.

These work great. I bought my reverse, license, and cargo lights from this seller. Arrived within 2-3 days. Philips Extreme are great bulbs, throw ZERO errors

Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster. Thanks for all the info in this thread. Came in handy a few times.

I really like LED upgrades. For my daily, I bought a cheap kit for the interior online, then found what a difference a good quality brand makes. For my new truck, I had a head start with knowledge.

So, I opted for the Philips Xreme 6000k ultra white. For my first rounds of upgrades, I did the license plate lights, the cargo lights, 3rd brake light, and reverse lights. These bulbs are around $27/piece, hence why that's all I'm doing for now.

Very happy with the results. My truck has the factory bed lights, and the upgraded cargo lights really set it off.

Those look great! They dont throw any error codes do they? I installed some LED brake lights a while back and took them back because they threw error codes. May have been the brand though...

If these don't i'll definitely look into these!

No codes at all. I installed some interior Led's in my friends 2014, and they acted weird, but they were real cheap off brands.

These little things were expensive, and I have them in both of my vehicles, with no issues what so ever, I'm very happy and haven't found a down side to them.

I have a set of the Xtreme vision 6000k in my daily driver for the dome lights, this may be a weird complaint, but they are a little too bright lol.

Couldn't find this. I'm taking the 9012 hid setup out of my truck to try something different. Buddy has a 14 Silverado. Can he use the 9012 bulb with trimming of the bulb in his high or the h11 in the lows? I know the 9005 and 9006 can be trimmed to fit. If not I'll just sell them. Figured I would ask first.
