6" lift kit for 2006 Chevy

Hey guys, I still haven't lifted the truck yet, but I've decided to definitely go with a 6 inch kit (and almost definitely 33s). The kits I've narrowed it down to are the following: RCX, Skyjacker, or Rancho. Which one do you guys recommend? I know I've been tossing this idea around awhile, but I've just been putting some money aside for one. Thanks.

If you want a good bang for your buck lift kit...id go with the rough country 6 inch NTD kit, you cant beat it

I don't know a great deal about what's offered on your platform, but I would get a true 6" kit that will give you flat angles. A lot of the kits out there are really 4" to 6" kits...RC being one of em.

Rancho is going to be on the shorter side of 6" also, not really all that familiar with NBS lifts either though.

Another good option is Fabtech with bilstein 7-9" struts.

Since you have an 06, why not run a 35" tire on a 6"? Or, if you are just wanting a 33" tire, why run the 6" at all? You could get a 33 under there with just a body lift for 1/3 of what that 6" costs.

You can fit 33s easily w just a leveling kit if wanna save some big $$$

If ya want 33s here's what mine looks like with a 2.5" leveling kit and 1.5" body lift

I bought the keys, blocks, body lift, and shocks for around $400 altogether and did the install myself. So far I'm happy with it

I ran a set of 35s on a 2" level and a 3" BL. Just depends on what wheels you have.

Can it? Yes. Will it? Maybe. I just replaced my first CV shaft yesterday and I've got 312k miles so its a gambling game just like any other mod
