Accordian boot between shell and cab

Anyone have an accordian boot permantly installed between the cab and shell?

During frame flex has any stress (as in warps/cracks) been noticed? What about the noise during frame flex?

My dad had one on his rig. Never noticed any cracks or noise. After several years it did wear the paint down to the primer though. Something you might want to think about or at least inquire about when purchasing. Looked like crap when the top was off...

What I'm looking into doing, is replacing the rear glass with a Breezer Window piece and the accordian just fits in the glass area between the cab and shell.
