Thanks guys. I think just not seeing the clamp alone makes it look better. Factor in the longer tip, and the bigger diameter to close the gap between the bumper, and it looks good all around.

Thanks Jon. Has a little more rumble to it too, but mainly made it sound deeper. I kept the end of the exhaust right at the clamp of the tip so as much of the exhaust as possible went through the tip.

Looks Awesome! Its amazing the difference it makes! I was skeptical at first about the larger diameter but like you said it fills the gap nice. I gotta get mine polished up after the winters over finally!

 

 

BTW, How long did you sit there with the saw wondering if you should really cut the pipe? HAHAHA My dad said, your cutting your brand new exhaust!? LOL Well worth it.

Is it headers Jerry? I want some for my truck but it will depend on how many harvest hours I get. The main benefits for me would not having to worry about cats clogging, better manifold bolts, and sound. Have to decide one way or the other before I get tuned.

Nope , not headers. Something with some movement... ;) Tune very possible soon too.. BB!

Lol I probably spent about a minute hovering there with the saw wondering if I should really cut it or not. I'm glad you thought of this mod because the more I see it the more I like it. Can't wait to see your next idea!
