I have used the Fumoto valves on every oil sump in my personal, commercial, and ag tractors for years. Great product. My semi trucks, my Jeep, my 2013 5.3L and now my 2015 2500 6.0L. Would have it no other way. All of my personal vehicles have to deal frequently with off road stuff and I have never had any time that having the valve in the pan was a problem, and have never had one leak or get opened up by something other than me when I was changing the oil. Makes for less messy oil changes, especially since GM decided to put plug locations on the side of the pan. Nothing like pulling a plug on hot oil and having it shoot clear over the to tire. At least I only have to deal with that on the first oil change. Every vehicle I buy, one of the first things I buy for it is a Fumoto valve.
