Removing Dash to Install Light Switch

Could anyone give me their best tips/tricks in order to get the dash bezel off in order to install a new headlight switch? Any videos would be helpful as well. Thanks for your knowledge!

I searched for a "Dic panel" and came up with unfavorable results. Perhaps there is another name for said panel?
