What is this noise//vibration??

2011 2500HD 15k miles

Noticed after being on the highway for a certain amount of time. Once i get off, the next turn, from let's say a traffic light, I get a weird quick vibration/chatter/grind from the rear. It almost feels like the brakes are chattering. And it only happens once. Once it happens you must go back out to highway speeds to make it happen again. You can hear it and feel it in your seat

Had it at the dealer a day and service manager could not duplicate. Told him one day this week I'm going to make it down and I'll duplicate it in the parking lot
