Light Pole Hit and run

So taking my wife to lunch yesterday and well aparantly I can't parallel park for crap. Light pole (the kind with a wide concrete base) jumped out and hit my truck. My wife just shook her head and I had a few choice phrases, but hey all my fault. Guess the old truck now has some new character. Doors work fine so I'm going to just clean it up and coat it so it doesn't rust.

Let the laughing begin, it's on me...Truck Dent.jpg

Kinda looks like the new stingray. Did your truck get faster?

With a little orange and yellow paint it could be a one off custom flame job.

lol, nope truck isn't any faster, maybe once I get the paint job done..

I like it, although I would need it to match on the driver's side and I'm not about to that again...lol

Mine has a few small dimples, one on driver's door, not sure what happened. Was driving along and bump! right at the bottom. No scratch, just a dimple. Also some other little things I've had to paint. Can't tell unless you're looking for em.

It looks a lot better than my 85 Nissan after I backed out of a spot while turning the wheel and caught a fire hydrant. Been driving American (Canadian/Mexican) since. First up was an 86 blazer...

I hate those lights with the big concrete barriers. They redid the mc dicks and in the parking lot they have those big concrete barriers with the light poles right in the middle of the parking lot between parking spaces . I have not hit them but i do see car paint on them .
