What size sway bar bushings for my truck?

I'm going to order new sway bar bushings for my 08' 1500 Z71 Crew. RockAuto gives me the option of 34mm or 36mm. I'm assuming since it's a Z71 it has 36mm? I don't have a micrometer, will it be stamped on the bar or something?
